 A-HA MOMENT | From Marshall Goldsmith, I learned that when leading my teams, I needed to stop trying to add too much value; never poison the motivation of people by saying, “Great, but…” Also, Sydney Finkelstein's findings about how executives fail was a huge takeaway for me! Now, after TEP, I know I am definitely on the right track and I feel encouraged to follow my instincts.

THE TAKE-AWAY | I embraced new thoughts on a broad range of fronts. TEP for me was all about strategy, strategy communication. But also an in-depth reflection about myself as a leader. I embraced new thoughts about my leadership, thanks not only to the time spent with Sydney and Marshall, but also from the feedback I received from my own people as part of the pre-program leadership assessment. It all came together in TEP.
