Professor Audia has served as a consultant, executive coach, and speaker at major firms worldwide, including Exxon Mobil, Fiat, HSBC, Nortel, Old Mutual, Shell, StatoilHydro, Time Warner, Unilever and other companies.
At Tuck, Professor Audia is the Faculty Director of the Cohen Leadership Development Program. In this capacity, Professor Audia is responsible for the design of leadership development initiatives including 360-degree feedback activities, peer coaching, and workshops in both the Tuck MBA program and executive education offerings.
Professor Audia’s award-winning research focuses on psychological barriers to organizational adaptation and leadership effectiveness. Professor Audia’s research has appeared in many leading journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, California Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Management Science, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, among others.
Among Professor Audia’s scholarly awards are Kauffman Foundation grants, Berkeley research grants, and several distinguished contribution prizes, including winner of the most significant publication in the field of organizational behavior for the Academy of Management, 2001; and being a finalist for both the best paper published in Academy of Management Journal, 2001 and the Accenture Award in California Management Review, 2007.
Professor Audia has also taught in executive education programs at the London Business School and the Hass School of Business, University of California, Berkley.
Pino Audia teaches in the Tuck Executive Program, Leadership and Strategic Impact and Strategic Financial Leadership Program.
