“Already, I've seen the benefits, including stronger relationships with my reports.”

FROM 10,000 FEET | The importance of one-on-one communication in deploying strategy really hit home with me during the LSI Program. I've made a point of spending more time individually with my team rather than relying on emails or group meetings to communicate. Already, I've seen the benefits including stronger relationships with my reports, higher engagement, and better feedback.

A-HA MOMENT | The biggest "ah-ha" moment for me came during the leadership lab exercises. I’ve always had the sense that people perceive circumstances differently. However, this experience opened my eyes to just how significant those differences can be. I thought to myself that in this session we have a group of very smart, achievement oriented leaders. If this group can have such different perspectives on a situation, how much more is that true for more diverse teams at my company.

THE TAKE-AWAY | I would recommend Tuck to anyone because it is a great opportunity for self-discovery with practical application.
