A-HA MOMENT | What really clicked for me is that leadership is about them (our team, stakeholders, etc.); it is not about me. To be truly successful and get things done, we have to rely on other people (our team) and learn to let go. And as a leader, our values and others’ perceptions of us are not based upon what we say, but our actions.
The session with Marshall Goldsmith also had a big impact. His message was really so simple, yet so powerful for me both professionally and personally.

THE TAKE-AWAY | Having attended two Tuck programs, I would definitely recommend Tuck based on the overall quality of its programs. The content reflects today’s business environment, the professors keep the dialogue and interaction moving and interesting, and the cross section of industries, backgrounds and countries of the participant group made the experience even more stimulating and informative. After both of my visits to Tuck, I left with new insight that I could apply immediately to my work—and still wanting more.
