You’re a senior financial executive. Do you and your team have what it takes to think, communicate and lead strategically?
Senior financial executives today do more than just ensure that finance flows from, informs, and fits their company’s strategy. They partner with their CEO to create the strategy. They challenge assumptions. They lead.
Tuck Executive Education’s Strategic Financial Leadership Program (SFLP) takes CFOs and other senior financial executives beyond the numbers, integrating finance with the strategic and leadership skills required to drive and deliver strategy and long-term value creation.
In just five days, SFLP accelerates and leverages knowledge, experience, and best practices by bringing together finance teams from leading companies in a consortium learning environment. Teams consist of three to five high-potential financial professionals. SFLP is also open to individual participants.
Teams and individuals also collaborate on an action-learning project of strategic relevance to the company. > Learn more about the SFLP curriculm
“The Strategic Financial Leadership Program helps senior finance executives become strong strategic partners to the CEO. The program provides the tools to link strategy, leadership, and financial decision-making to long term value creation. Too often, this linkage is not strong enough, and potential value creation is missed.”
